MangoFone is a subsidiary of Jamdrive LLC, a registered United States LLC. References to "MangoFone", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Jamdrive LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

By creating an account or using MangoFone, you agree to these Terms of Service, our policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MangoFone provides a calling platform, phone number management, and lead-management tools. Availability, coverage, and quality of calls depend on third-party telecommunications providers and are not guaranteed.
To use certain features you must have a verified email and an active subscription, or have your account activated by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed at the published rate (e.g. $9.99/month or $99.99/year). Credit and phone-number purchases are charged at their displayed prices. Unless otherwise stated, charges are non-refundable. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew. Credits do not expire.
You agree not to use MangoFone for any unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including unsolicited marketing calls (spam), illegal solicitations, harassment of individuals, or any call in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction.
MangoFone is not responsible for how you use the application, the calls you place, the leads you contact, or any consequences arising from such use. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding calls, messaging, and the treatment of personal data. Calls made through the platform may be subject to recording or interception by third parties; use the service at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jamdrive LLC, its subsidiaries (including MangoFone), operators, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) any calls, messages, or other communications initiated through the service; (d) any claim by a third party relating to your use of the service, including claims under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other privacy or communications laws; or (e) any content or data you upload, transmit, or store through the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamdrive LLC, its subsidiaries (including MangoFone), operators, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
MangoFone relies on third-party providers (e.g., telephony, payment, and hosting providers). We are not liable for their availability, failures, or changes in service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
